Who we are

What we collect, and why

• Newsletter: your email address, where you signed up and, if you asked for one, which free resource. We use it to send the Ten Eleven Twelve newsletter and what you asked for. You confirm your address before anything else is sent, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• Contact form: your name, email, company if you give one, and your message. It is emailed to Will so he can reply, and you get an acknowledgement.
• Operational Checkup: your answers and your email. Your result is emailed to you and to Will, and you are invited to join the newsletter, which you confirm by email.
• Booking a conversation: handled by SavvyCal, whose own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
• Blog comments: if you comment on the blog, your display name and your comment are public. Your email address is never shown. We keep your comments until you ask us to remove them, and we may remove any comment. Signing in to comment adds you to the newsletter, which you confirm by email and can leave from any email.
• Analytics: Google Analytics measures how the site is used. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, it only runs if you say yes, and anyone can change their answer at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

Who handles it for us

The Coheronix platform, run by Ten Eleven Twelve LLC, stores newsletter subscribers and blog comments. Resend delivers our email. Netlify hosts this site. Google provides analytics. SavvyCal handles bookings. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with one click. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to will.simpson@teneleventwelve.com and we will answer within 30 days.
