Will Simpson is a fractional COO and senior operating executive based in Austin, Texas, with 20+ years leading operations and technology for growth-stage companies. He embeds as a senior operator, part-time or interim, for companies at a point of change: scaling for growth, navigating a transition, or breaking through a plateau.

He has held operating leadership across the org chart: COO and GM, COO, EVP of Technology, and VP of Engineering, along with fractional and interim executive roles. That range, having actually run engineering, operations, and P&L, is what separates him from advisory-only consultants.

Will is a certified facilitator of The 6 Types of Working Genius (The Table Group) and a past President of AgileAustin. He is Chapter Lead for Fractionals United (Texas and Austin). He is also the founder of Coheronix, a boutique software studio, an entrepreneurial extension of his operating career that keeps him close to the problems growth-stage companies actually face.
