Executive Team Coaching
Group coaching is for leadership teams sized between 4 and 10 leaders. I advise that the team should be composed of peers as candor and transparency will be cornerstones of these coaching sessions.
In the first month, I will work with each team member 1:1 to understand where they are and what they need to get to the next level and close the month with a full team meeting.
We then move to a 3 sessions per month for the full team.
